It was a pleasure to experience a dealer who stands by their word! My recently purchased vehicle went in for items that I was told would be taken care of, and to my surprise there was no back pedaling and every item was dealt with as promised. I had told Tim Lorang I was going on vacation and he told me to call him as soon as I got back , that he would take care of the items discussed. The entire staff from sales, service and the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. The loaner was a very nice vehicle for the short time mine was in the shop. I highly recommend Perrine's if you are looking for a vehicle whether new or used, they stand by their word.
Bought a brand new buick envision. Car has an oil leak. Been to the shop 6 times already and still not fixed. And this is all in just 5 months from vehicle purchase. My car is in fact with them right now. Completely unacceptable. You buy a brand new car with your hard earned money so you won't have a headache and you get played like this. I think you could treat a customer better than this..
I would not recommend to use their service for repairs. The service guys at the front desk are awesome but felt like there was some shady stuff going on with repairs to my vehicle. I was there four times in the last 6 months, twice for the same code. Cost me a pretty penny! The last time I had vehicle there, I had to pay for a new battery, in which I never had a problem with it before, I was told they had to jump my battery twice. Sorry, but that is fishy to me, considering I never had a problem. I called GM, they don't stand by their product whatsoever. Will NEVER buy an American car (especially from GM) again. Honda will be my next vehicle.
My wife and I visited the Perrine dealership on Saturday 6/10/17, considering the purchase of a used vehicle. We live over 4 hours away and that made the stakes of the purchase all the more important. Paul Kirchmyer, our salesman, was very helpful and attentive in getting things ready in advance of our arrival. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not what we expected and we walked away from the deal. My wife was very emotional regarding some of the details and all the while, we were treated with care and compassion! I'm sure there was some frustration on the part of the Perrine support team but Paul and Tim (used car manager), did not let it show. To the whole team at Perrine, we say THANK YOU!!!! We certainly experienced why this dealership has been serving its customers for 90 years. Cheers to your next 90 years! May they bring you all further prosperity and success.
